RBL Shoprite Credit Card Reward Points?

I just received my RBL Shoprite card bill, and like many of you, I was looking forward to seeing the reward points I've earned from all my shopping trips. 🤑 However, to my surprise, the reward points seem to be missing! 😞 Are you're facing the same issue??
