Query regarding International lounge access through Rupay platinum debit Card

I have accessed Kuala lampur plaza Lounge in terminal 2 with my hdfc Rupay platinum debit card ...even there is no payment nor any charge for the entry...they Just Swiped the card and give a reciept of mentioning Priority Pass...is this the new changes of Entry of rupay platinum card for airport lounge access??

It is same as it was before. No changes.

Even 2 rupees weren't deducted also in reciept it is showing priority pass...is Rupay Is partnered with pp?

No haven't charges...only swiped

Yes rupay has tie up with collinson (parent company for priority pass, lounge key etc)

₹2 is only for domestic not international access.
