I got WhatsApp text saying I’m selected for CBDC & got a link for at the app, as of now, I’m able to load money, but if i have to send money to anyone it’s only working with other CBDC users or i can withdraw to my registered bank account which is used in the first place to load the money. As of now it’s not working for merchants with upi Qr Code or normal qr codes like phonepe payment(vpa link in qr code form). CDBC qr isn’t getting recognised by traditional payment apps qr scanners. Even CDBC have vpa, if we entered it on payment apps, it’s not working(not even recognising it). I loaded ₹100 in ₹50 ₹20 ₹20 ₹10 form but after loading it’s considering as 2 ₹ 50 notes. You can just redeem it to original bank account..

Yeah can only transfer with other cbdc user..

It is an invitation only pilot program that too from a PSB, expect tons of discrepancies.
