I use adblock plus, but whitelisted this site, still I get same error, I believe it’s some issue with my wifi dns provider, it might have some ad/adult content filtering.

yes you may be enabled Private DNS which is set to Automatic so it blocking all ads and it would block ads on app too. so any content with sponsored would not open on your wifi or phone if you setup on phone/wifi router.
