Platinum tier not reflecting for atlas

I had spent 15 lacs using the axis atlas, but it's showing as a gold tier. want to book an airport pickup service for tomorrow which I am unable to. anyone got same issue in past?

I got 10k miles but didnt get that status updated to 15L on the app. Still shows 14.7L.

Didn't get the 5000 miles for Gold status because edge miles portal got blocked
