Pinelabs swipe machine

Hi all tried my first pos with newbie amex smart earn card in a pinelabs machine but got error “acquirer not known”.
Need help from some Amex experienced users pls comment on what at what all pos machine we try our Amex to use at merchants like verifone bharatswipe pls name or any logo we should look for?

Update finally the merchant worked out something with machine guy and able to collect swipes from Amex card

Merchant should give a request to pinelabs guy for enabling Amex acceptance at backend in that pos machine which involves some agreement signing and undertaking upon once it completed the activation took 36 hours max depending upon the location i feel
