Overlimit facility

kotak is sending the overlimit offer on a 2 yr old credit card acc with loan on credit card taken just past month for an (3x+ amount of loan on credit limit)
as usual kotak cc doesn't have any idea and on clicking the link it redelirects for a otp entry but no otp comes nor any other information is displayed

if anyone have any knowledge kindly help me what does this offer mean

it's not new it's just following rbi guidelines for overlimit consent,as per rbi oct notification every limit enhancement or overlimit usage needs consent before allowing for usage so all banks are going to take consent if they want to allow overlimit usage....so they are sugar coating like the above email image
