Not received proper sbi cashback

Sbi cashback card cashback is very less this month as expected.
I mailed customer care to give me breakup of cashback per transaction but they said that it is not possible from their end.
Any idea how I can know which txns didn't get cashback?

You can ask Eva for spends analyser to find out merchant category. Can guess if it's excluded MCC

Wish SBI had given cashback breakdown similar to what Axis Bank does in its statement
