Not able to open 811 account if had Kotak normal savings account earlier (now closed)

Crn is not a problem, many people including me got opened new 811 under same CRN.

So i guess in ur case, something conflict coming because of ur old account
Interesting. What ram says seems true. In my case also the error was "existing customer. previous account closed due to unexplained reason". wtf does it mean?, I am not sure. Even kotak employees have 0 idea.

Due to CRN already existing with my mobile number, it says I am existing customer when tried to open 811 account online by entering my details. What do suggest in my case? how can I proceed to open 811 super account? whom should I report or reach out further?

Did u try with other number?
 
Issue is, it's very hard to fight. You guys have to find someone who can circumvent this issue.

Because officially, you can't open it. They have explicitly mentioned the same in the T&C, but branch peeps somehow able to do it.

You peeps just have to find the right guy.
 
I had same issue, mera salary account tha 2017-18 me , uske baad I wasn't able to open 811 account, i have raised many request but they gave no resolution, and then kotak 811 super aaya idk how but luckily ustime mera account apne aap open ho gaya without any error...
