Axis Atlas No more edge miles on rent?

Hello, I received edge miles for the transaction I did on 1 Oct. I payed via payzapp+redgirraffe But I did not recently (31 Oct) so I called Axis and they told me rent is excluded from miles. I told them to refer to my last month and also check your TnC pdf after which they told me rent is excluded from milestone as well as normal edge miles. I wrote an email to Nodal

can we see the miles earned on individual transaction on atlas.

Atlas does not show separate miles earned on individual transactions.
It shows the total miles earned of all transactions
Yes, you can. Go to the Edge Rewards website. open my transaction history, scroll to my linked account then click on "know more" under credit card then you can see individual transactions and miles earned.
 
Before applying for the card I had called and they confirmed that we would get edge miles for rent as well that is the reason I got this card.
I got a reply from Nodal with a service request number and they will update in 3 working days, let's see.

They were giving miles initially, but they seem to have changed the rules for their benefit
