Axis Atlas No more edge miles on rent?

Hello, I received edge miles for the transaction I did on 1 Oct. I payed via payzapp+redgirraffe But I did not recently (31 Oct) so I called Axis and they told me rent is excluded from miles. I told them to refer to my last month and also check your TnC pdf after which they told me rent is excluded from milestone as well as normal edge miles. I wrote an email to Nodal

can we see the miles earned on individual transaction on atlas.

Atlas does not show separate miles earned on individual transactions.
It shows the total miles earned of all transactions

If you login to edge rewards portal. You can see Edge miles credit for individual transactions.

Yes, you can. Go to the Edge Rewards website. open my transaction history, scroll to my linked account then click on "know more" under credit card then you can see individual transactions and miles earned.

Yes, Axis has made it very obvious that they are giving 0 miles for rent

but it is nowhere mentioned in the terms and conditions. can we raise a ticket and ask for miles on rent transactions

I have never seen 0 edge points or 0 edge miles showing for any transaction.
The very fact zero is mentioned it means that they acknowledge the transaction and are purposely giving 0 miles

This means it is an Internal policy decision to give zero miles for rent transactions on Atlas card.

I don't think they will change the rules for you no matter how much you complain, but you can try.
It maybe an effort in futility

Before applying for the card I had called and they confirmed that we would get edge miles for rent as well that is the reason I got this card.
I got a reply from Nodal with a service request number and they will update in 3 working days, let's see.

Payzapp changed it's mcc from insurance to rent. Axis gives points based on mcc only. Not sure if Rent mcc was always excluded or not.

They were giving miles initially, but they seem to have changed the rules for their benefit

Inspire of mcc changed to rent, I did receive Edge Miles last month, also many on the forum received it as well.

Got 2 emails saying we are working on it and requesting more time to solve your query. Will wait till next weekend before escalating to PNO.
