No agent joining Amex KYC

I applied for Amex card yesterday. After approval, I got a mail regarding KYC to be done. I provided consent and all permissions but the screens keeps showing "Please wait while we connect you to an agent". It's been 10 minutes and no one has joined yet. What should I do? And people say Amex service is good 🥲

Yeah they came after about 20 minutes. Didn't expect that. Indian banks connect in less than 10 seconds so got concerned
