New Hdfc swiggy card blocked

I have recently applied for hdfc swiggy credit card and it got approved. 2 days ago the card was dispatched. I have still not received the card,and now y is showing card is blocked. There is no mention of any reason. Even ok contacting customer care they are saying it is blocked . They are not saying any reasons. Can anyone please help to escalate this issue further?

They wrongly approve and issue cards sometimes which they block but no worries they write to their internal higher up to get it ratified and make card unblocked

Is it FYF or LTF?

You should email the grievance redressal with complain after card delivery. They will turn down your complains but keep repeating and esclating.
Also hide your application numbers or other sensitive information from images. Scavengers from web 🕸️ may spam you.

If the card was wrongly issued (i.e you were not supposed to get the card, but it got approved and later flagged by a human), the card gets blocked.
