I had a booking at at IHG property in Pune later this week for 1 night (2 rooms- 4 people) Checkin: Wednesday Checkout: Thursday
Due to a family member not being in the best of health, we decided to cancel the booking. Booking was done through IHG one app, Platinum Elite status from status match (no previous booking history with IHG) and the CC details at the time of booking (not charged as yet).
Cancellation seems to be 100% chargeable. App shows cancellation will result in a charge.
Is there any way to cancel the bookings without letting go entire amount or atleast getting a partial refund?
