Need C2C agemt Details for Axis Credit card

I have 2 axis CCs with terrible limit of 33k.

While other cards ( kotak, icici ) have limit of 2l.

I am trying to apply 3rd axis cc basis of C2C but not able to find any reliable agent details.

One axis agent here on TF said that i need minimum 4l for C2C. Is it true?

If you have details of any reliable axis agent kindly share.

The amount depends on the card being applied for.

.... And Axis being Axis, that amount keeps changing with time as well.
