Need advise, What to do for late payment on BoB card

Hello All,

I am little worried and concern about to not marked late payment for below scenario.

I have BOB HPCL credit card, Its due date was 20th Jan 2024, for due amount Rs. 677/- only.
I have paid Rs.677/- using cred via axis net banking on morning 20th Jan 2024.
In cred app it marked credited to card account in few hours, but reflect on bank within 2-3 working days.
On 22nd Jan 2024 noon time I get refund of Rs. 677 on my axis bank for that transaction.
As soon as I get refund I login to BOB site and make immediate payment of Rs 677/- in noon 22nd Jan 2024.

Please advise me for below questions:
1. I had purchase using same credit card Rs. 88,000/- on 9 Jan 2024, so the bank will levied any interest on Rs. 88,000 or not?
2. What I do such that bank does not report this as late payment to cibil institutions?
