Which banks will provide loan against property(mortgage loan) for self employed with 2 years ITR only?
Property is already in the mortgage with the canara bank for the home loan which is almost cleared have 50k balance only.
Tried with Canara bank but they denied because of 2 ITR only they demanded 3 years ITR for self employed.
Bob also demanded 3 years ITR
