Well people boast so much about ICICI services, I find their services the worst. They don't care about ordinary customers, only care about customers with high NRV. Whereas Axis gives problems no doubt but equally solves (or tries to solve) them as well. Haven't faced any issue with HDFC so far.

Yup icici is very boring bank i have seen.. even though hdfc seems like old age private bank system atleast theirs cards and account is somewhat useful but ICICI seems tech friendly it's very bland for ordinary customers
