Loan repayment failed and showing no dues.

I had a bill payment in kotak prima car loan, payment was 13k. I have tried to make the payment but due to some technical issues the payment failed. Now it's showing the amount is paid and no bill is due, no payment is deducted from balance. Will I have to pay for dishonour and check return fee.

Contact their customer care and confirm whether they have received your EMI or not .
