List of Active and Inactive Credit Cards with Airlines Status

Hi All,

I am looking for an existing post with list of credit cards offering airline status with joining fees/annual benefits/spend based membership tiers but can not found a completed one.
Hence trying to create this article to keep ready for anyone interested in this segment.

It's really surprised to see there is very few and limited credit cards in India currently active.
In Domestic segment, while Air India is planning to onboard some new cards with Maharaja Club membership soon, there is no other card for Indigo or Akasa membership tiers.
Also for international airlines, except KrisFlyer no other airlines interested to launch/continue new membership programs.

List of Active Credit Cards with Airline Status: (As of May 2025)

Complimentary Emirates Skywards Silver Tier membership
Emirates Gold Tier Membership after spend of ₹15 lakh

3. Club Vistara SBI Card PRIME - Complimentary Club Vistara Silver Tier

Thanks, i checked their official page https://www.sbicard.com/en/personal/credit-cards/travel/air-india-sbi-signature-card.page and looks like they have stopped issuing this card. Moreover it was just helping to enroll into frequent flyer program and not providing any membership tiers.

Both sbi bank krisflyer credit cards doesnt give airline status with the credit cards.

The singapore airlines silver elite and gold elite statuses are spend based perks with those cards and are only available for 1 time only, not every year.

More-over, if you spend 2.5L with the krisflyer sbi card with singapore airlines ecosystem, you will get silver tier krisflyer status only if you are normal krisflyer member. If you are already silver member, it will not extend your silver tier for another year.

Same goes for the sbi krisflyer apex cards as well. Need 7.5L spend in singapore airlines and affiliates, you will get gold elite tier status in krisflyer, only for normal and silver members. Already gold elite member are not applicable for the upgrade / extension.
