A credit card is said to be a linked card with another when they share the same credit account in CIBIL. Hence they also share the same billing statement.
For example, ICICI's Coral/Rubyx/Sapphiro are all linked card, and only one cibil account and billing statement is generated.
Another set is IDFC's Classic/Millennia/Select/Wealth credit cards.
Benefit of having linked cards is that you can have more than one card (and their respective features) under the same credit account, which also keeps credit/debt-to-income ratio relatively low.
Is there any other bank's credit set that you community folks are aware which happen to be linked cards ?
Kindly comment.
