I Got a 811 dream different credit card (secured) in the month of January ,and since then i am not able to view ,redeem the reward points.
I think some issue is there with my credit card as upon login to kotak rewards,it says No products found for this CRN. and it also says INVALID EXPIRY DATE In the card section.same goes through net banking and other medium.On other end Kotak is not solving my issue ,even complained to the RBI ombudsman but still no perfect resolution.They are saying that they will redeem the rewards on my behalf ,but i want to check and redeem it on my own.
What should i do ??
