Kiwi Rewards Terms and Conditions​


This Kiwi Rewards Programme (hereinafter referred to as the “Kiwi Rewards”) stipulates various reward schemes offered by Gokiwi Private Limited, a private limited (hereinafter referred as “Kiwi”) company having its registered office at registered office at A-101, Tower 5, Plot 8P-T, T-5, Diero, Lodha new cuffe parade, Antop Hill, Mumbai – 400037 and Principal office at – 1st floor, 1515 Urban, 19th Main Road , nearby Hustlehub, Vanganahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560034 India(hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Company” or “Gokiwi”), to its end user (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your”, “Customer”) in relation to the use of the website www.gokiwi.in and/or the mobile application ‘Kiwi App’ available at Android/ iOS platforms (collectively referred to as the “Online Platform”).

1.Eligibility​

Customer will become eligible for Kiwis (as defined below) from their first transaction. Starting 1st June 2025, Kiwis will be awarded only on transaction amounts in multiples of Rs.100.

2.Kiwi Rewards​

  1. The points that the customers will earn will be called as “Kiwis”.
  2. These Kiwis can be redeemed into their "goaxb" UPI ID linked account at any time.
  3. Each "Kiwis" will be currently worth Rs 0.25/-.

3.Kiwi Reward Programme shall include the following programmes:​

  1. Kiwi Neon Programme
  2. Transaction Rewards for Merchant Payments using cards issued on Kiwi app.
  3. Transaction rewards for merchant payments using other Rupay credit cards
  4. Transaction rewards for using your other accounts
  5. Refer & Earn
  6. NPCI Offers
  7. Merchant offers
  8. Other offers
  1. Customers' participation in any offer constitutes their understanding and agreement to the complete terms and conditions associated with each offer.
  2. Kiwi reserves the right to change, modify or prematurely remove an offer at our own discretion.
  3. Kiwi reserves the right to determine customers’ eligibility for Kiwi rewards, and disqualify any customer who fails to meet the offer requirements or is suspected of misusing rewards, engaging in fraud, participating in suspicious transactions/activities, or violating fair usage of credit cards, legal requirements, or applicable rules and regulations.
  4. The Kiwi rewards shall be valid only on successful transactions via the Kiwi platform and transactions where refund has been initiated will not be considered. In case Kiwi learns that a cardholder is involved in malpractices relating to refund, Kiwi shall disqualify such cardholders from all further offers/ programs and benefits provided by Kiwi.
  5. In case of a dispute, the final decision to credit / modify the reward lies with the Company. Kiwi may seek additional information from the customer for this purpose, including the invoices against transactions and credit card statements.
  6. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as a binding obligation on Kiwi to continue the “Kiwis” Rewards or to substitute the “Kiwis” Rewards by a similar or a new programme.
  7. The Customer shall not hold the Company responsible for any actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, charges or expenses, which a Customer incurs, in the normal course of availing the “Kiwis” Rewards.
  8. Transaction rewards will not be applicable on the below category/type of merchants:

  9. The Category of the merchants will be defined by the Merchant category code received by us in the transaction.
  10. A customer is required to accumulate at least 500 Kiwis before redemption. Further, redemption of Kiwis can be made in multiples for 500 Kiwis only
  11. Kiwi reserves the right to withdraw Kiwi Rewards and nothing contained herein shall be construed as a binding obligation on Kiwi to continue the same. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Kiwi Rewards without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Nothing contained herein shall amount to a commitment or representation by us to continue the “Kiwis” Rewards.
  12. Further, we reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to change the mode of the accrual of one or any of the programmes.
  13. These “Kiwis” Rewards Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation of any or all other terms and conditions. No two offers can be clubbed. In case there is more than one offer(s) available simultaneously, then only one offer can be availed by the Customer.
  14. Participation in any Reward Promotion is completely voluntary. Users may choose to not participate in any Reward Promotion. Kiwi does not guarantee any prize to any winner.
  15. The Reward Promotions are offered to the Users on an “as is” basis and without warranty or condition. The Reward Promotions may not be uninterrupted or error-free. Users waive all claims against Kiwi.
  16. If a Customer is found to be engaging in activities that are deemed by Kiwi to be suspicious, non-compliant, or in violation of the intended use of the Kiwi platform, Kiwi reserves the right to take corrective actions, including but not limited to : (a) reducing the User’s monthly rewards earning cap to 1% of their credit limit or INR 500, whichever is lower; and (b) If the Customer is enrolled in the Kiwi Neon Reward Program, the Customer shall be immediately downgraded to the regular Kiwi Rewards. Under the regular Kiwi Reward program, the monthly rewards cap shall be reduced to the lower of (a) 1% of the Customer’s assigned credit limit, or (b) INR 500. This downgrade shall be effective immediately upon detection and may be enforced without any further notice, at Kiwi’s sole discretion.
  17. Kiwi is not responsible for any tax implications on the User from their participation in any Reward Promotion. Users should obtain independent tax advice before entering any Reward Promotion.

Most people are saying they are getting rejected for having 3 Cards.
Those who have Flipkart Axis (less than 3 Cards) are getting card & limit is shared between Flipkart & Axis SuperMoney.
