Any idea how many adults they allow at Chola?
We r husb wife and kids 16 and 13
Will 1 suite accommodate all 4?
I am not sure if they will allow more than 3 but better to check. I dont think there should be any issue in accommodating all 4 to be honest, but they tend to be pedantic when it comes to age so better to confirm

Call the hotel and speak directly. Typically they charge for an extra pax and provide a single mattress/ cot.
It gets complicated if the booking is with free BF. They may charge extra for both the kids, 1 of the kids or even none.. depends on the property and the managers managing the same. I also have a similar issue and hence typically go for without BF as the BF charges are not quite clear.
Spoke with the hotel receptionist and she connected to reservation desk and finally got to know that reward night’s booking by point they charge extra for bed and breakfast for more than 2 adults
The tariff they said is more than the 40% discount which we get so I am looking for Marriott Bonvoy if it’s feasible
You can ask them for any special rates /package available for family directly in the hotel.. they have a marketing budget to lure customers directly

No it’s for non discounted price
If we want to use that 40% off the limitation is that 2adults per room only possible
They’re asking to book 2 rooms if at discounted price
It is really weird. First CC person as soon as I told I plan to use Green Points, said rooms not available for Green points and not possible to use for Suite with 40% off offer.
Just tried calling again and the next person said it's possible.
So bit confusing. Will go, check and confirm here. So that it's helpful for others as well.

@Subhankar If i want to pay at hotel using GP shall I book "Flexible Rate" one which mentions "Pay At Hotel"? Or can I simply book the 1st option that shows on ITC. Because "Flexible Rate" which allows to pay at hotel is little costlier than the other options.
It was a wonderful experience and didn't face any issue at all.
