Issue with idfc 10x RP on online transactions

I am having classic card of idfc
For past few months my friend used my cc via adding money to paytm wallet.
As per the calculation My card offers 10x reward points after 20k spends he spends 25k every month from my card but i am getting 1000 RP/PM instead of 1133 (my card gives 6 rp/150 per txn).
And i called customer care they are saying i will be eligible for 10x RP only if i spend more than 20k in a single transaction.....
1) Any suggestions how can i get my additional RP???
2) Is anyone facing same issues?
3) should i let it be?

Afaik there is no such condition and you can earn 10x reward points as soon as your cumulative spends exceed 20k

Yup same i heard will wait till statement generation and consult my idfc banker and post both the updates

Idfc first select is a visa card.

And if you hold any Rupay card of idfc except power and power plus. No threshold is allowed on that. And you won't get 10x Rp. You will get 1 RP on 125 spend if its less than 2000. If txn is more than 2000 than you will get 3x RP.

Nope you won't get any extra RP and first digital is one of the most pathetic rupay card its better to have Kotak legue Rupay cc than first digital.
