Issue with HDFC rewards redemption portal

Anyone having this issue with HDFC credit card rewards redemption portal after being redirected through NetBanking or mobile banking app??? For me , I am having this issue since 20 days approx . Reached HDFC customer care through email , they asked me to enable pop-up on browser which was already enabled .

working fine. Try on PC/laptop browser with ad & popup blockers disabled

Using PC with pop up blocker disabled , doesn't work for me . Same issue

Try using a different browser like firefox/edge. Or clear cache/cookies from Chrome

Yeah , tried different browsers also and cleared cookies and cache...still it's the same... don't know what's happening with it

If you have any friend using HDFC account, Ask him to try logging into his rewards account portal from your pc.
This way you can rule out the possibility of issues with your phone/pc

Yeah , that didn't work 😑 same error

Yeah aware of this , but the redemption link provided on mycards web app takes to HDFC website where redemption method is mentioned , but not direct redemption . Thank you for suggesting .
