Issue with axis bank

Hi friends, Recently i applied axisbank airtel rupay card,it is approved instantly and digital card also showing in axisbank app.Two days back physical card also dispatched through Delivery.but now axis bank requested to delivery to return the shipment,i call the axis bank customer care but they have no idea about this,they said please wait some days.i don't understand why axis bank asked to return the shipment? Please help me anyone faced this issue in previously kindly share your experience

What happened to your digital card?? Is it still showing up in the app and active?
 
Was your card sent through Delhivery?

Same thing happened to me for Axis Bank Supermoney card.

The Delhivery agent never showed up and marked that I am not available.
Then what happened to your physical card?? Was it later delivered by another courier??
It seems like axis has some issues with Delhivery courier partner…
BTW: Delhivery is one of the worst couriers from service point of view…
 
Maybe Axis sent the wrong credit card. If the card disappeared from your app, chance were axis might send an email saying they approved it "by mistake"

But since that hasn’t happened yet, I feel axis may have accidentally sent you the wrong card, which is why they requested it be returned.

In the meantime, email the PNO directly, don’t waste your time with level 1 customer service.
