iShop Rewards Not Reflecting

I did some transaction on ishop, in statement it is showing base points but in ishop it doesn't show any available points to redeem, is there any locking period or timeline? Or is it just that my card is just 20 days old thus some glitch in icici backend?

Same for me , I have card 2 years old still reflecting no reward points in IShop portal . I wrote mail also to them .Followed multiple times but they are giving automated replies . Let us know ,if you found any solution for that
