Is there a way to get ICICI ltf upgrade in app given I have a strong relation with bank already?

Hey!
I have been using ICICI for 3+ years and me & father combined have over 50L+ in FD+ saving accounts with icici. There are other relation with bank as well in terms of house loan (~15L left) and current account, business OD etc.

I want to get Sapphiro or emerald LTF. My spends are little to no, mainly need it for international lounge access and BMS offer.

Currently, have two Sapphiro LTF in my family but not on my name.
I currently hold apay & icici plat. Other cc is AU zenith. All LTF.

When I ask manager to give me sapphiro, he wants to go route of form which is really long. No one in local branch is in any know how of cc ( non metro branch).
Is it possible to get LTF via app or apply for paid and it turns into LTF after delivery ?
Is it possible to get more than Sapphiro with current relation? any help is appreciated

Options:

1. DM in X to "ICICI Cares", ur relationship with ICICI and your requirement, they'll call and process/decline as per eligibility.
2. Easy option,

is to "apply now" route to check whether any pre-approved LTF available or not.

netbanking -> cards & loans -> loans -> Credit Card "Apply now".

this is for fresh card application (it will show based on entered information after 'apply now' like income, company details etc.)

based on that it will offer some more cards.

and these are different than pre-approved cards, hence it requires CIBIL enquiry because here it assumes the entire process as fresh application and can get the cards based on eligibility as LTF.

U'll definitely get it but first u have to try.. like u did with your RM, now use these options (first I prefer 2.)

Did anyone get emeralde pvc ltf this way of 'apply now'?

You can get sapphiro as LTF with TRV > 50L ..
Consult your local CC guy..
