Hotel Points Is there a difference between Accor discount on website vs app and classic vs silver?

I have heard on a few twitter spaces as well as on TF that there is a difference in the discount structure that Accor offers. More specifically, this is the structure I have found many people confirm:

Room discounts on Website:

1. 5% for classic.
2. 10% for silver.

Room discounts on App:

1. 10% for classic.
2. 20% for silver.

But when I see the discount, I only see 10% be it as a classic member or a silver member and even if I am on website or app. I am not sure if the structure is true or not or maybe true for certain properties only. Can anyone confirm?

Public Rate (Incognito Mode without Logging in): Rs. 11700/- + Taxes

Accor Plus Member Rate:
1) On Accor Plus (Silver) Account via App 10% discount: Rs. 10530/- + Taxes
2) On Accor Plus (Silver) Account via Website 5% discount: Rs. 11115/- + Taxes

Account with no Accor Plus:
1) On Classic Account via App 10% discount: Rs. 10530/- + Taxes
2) On Classic Account via Website 5% discount: Rs. 11115/- + Taxes

I don't see any 20% discount on any of the properties. Could you also check this on your end and confirm?

If possible, do share a property where you see a 20% discount for Accor Plus. I'll check that too.
