I am seeing reward points for each CC spend in iMobile App. Is this new feature or an old feature?
This actually avoids unnecessary phone calls to Customer Support regarding Cashback eligible spends for APay.
It is showing almost real time at the settlement of transaction, which is really good.

Note: I am seeing this for the first time

ICICI has always been customer centric bank. They always try to come up with things that are actually needed.

We can see full card details on app, upgrade our account & card as well. Block/unblock our card with just one click. That's so convenient.
The following augments your view:

ICICI , now showing the itemized rewards per each transaction in Net Banking also. In fact, it is confirmed that it is a NEW feature.

Another icing on the cake.....

Now showing how the aggregate (shared) Credit Limit works in the case of multiple cards sharing the same limit....

So from the above responses we can consider this as new feature, which is fantastic..
Well done ICICI, it is so transparent..
Every bank should do this.
This actually cuts down their support costs significantly..
Again good on you ICICI..
Indusind does this in statement.

Sbicard doesn't do it automatically but you can email them to get your rewards for each transaction b/w certain dates.

Good to know that , IndusInd does this in the statement... However, it would be nice if we know it in realtime as we can test with a small transaction, if it is going to work or not and then do the big transaction , rathar than waiting until the statement generation. In this case atleast something is better than nothing.

In case of SB cashback card , it is a combined CB that will be shown after each transaction.
When we do multiple transactions in a day and there are many transactions done in a month( which I quite frequently do), figuring out which transaction earned how much is going to be very tedious task, sometime next to impossible.
Again something is better than nothing in this cae also.

What SBI / BOB can do is, as the data is already collected and it is there, they can showing the data in a real time and itemized way , as ICICI doing now.

As of now , ICICI is leading the pack now with this regard.

The actual difference between these banks is ICICI looking at the data presented from customer point of view in the sense that the data is actionable from customer perspective, where as other banks looking at whether we have provieded data or not..
There is a quite big difference these two perspectives in extracting the value of the data presented... A very key objective of Data Assimilation...

Actually previously also this was available - but at that time you have to go to LAST 30 DAYS transactions and reward points per transaction was showing there. During initial days of APAY when it was used to give 5% CB even on Giftcard purchased from Amazon itself, we were used to check which transaction fetched 5% and which didnt. Now they extended this feature to current statement as well - Nice move by them
