Yes restaurants attached with novotel hotels we can dine in without stays too
Magnus Edge Rewards and ur case it’s atlas miles 1:2 both are good vfm only

My personal preference while traveling is to spend few days to explore local markets, beach hopping, and try local foods at local places.. cheap and best and stay at not so expensive places .. and reserve 2 3 days just for relaxing at premium or luxury hotel.. 😊
