If I am not use my credit card more than 1 year then my credit card is automatically closed or active?

As per new New RBI Guidelines customers are required do atleast one active transaction within a financial year to keep their cards active.

Banks should notify the customers before prior taking closure action.

If customers used their card banks do not close the card , if they fail to do atleast one transaction after being notified by banks it will be closed.
