idfc credit card application

I have applied for idfc card via c2c method (icici with 4.9L limit). I was approved for only 1L for classic and 1.5 L for select card when I provide bankstatement . I have not gone ahead with the application. firstly I am disappointed with credit limit and also card variant .
can you please suggest shall I go ahead with the application or apply again in the future for enhanced limit/wealth card??

most of my cards are of 5L limit. highest card 6.85 L. credit score 773

what was the interest rate on this card classic and select which got approved for you i got approved for select with 4lac but with interest of 3.5% me too didnt go ahead with application. i am not bother about cc limit but with the interest rate and was looking for wealth card. how can we give bank statement is it online or offline did you contact idfc if what is their number pls share

I went to the bank and applied the card. not sure of the interest rate . may be we need to email them I guess( not sure)

Is this the usual timeline for IDFC Credit cards?? How many days will it take for approval or rejection??

But the tracker says it will delivered by 15th Sep, but on 13th Sep it's still in Credit Review.

Did they come at your office/home for in-person verification after the Video KYC was done?

Verification done and everything went well but rejected due to non serviceable location which is funny.

Both done and both have branch locations. Not sure for the reason, spoke to customer care team and they told that’s the reason. All other things are good but not approved due to non serviceable location which is very strange.

I have a good banking relationship with them too for the past 8 months.

Getting a credit card approved with either IDFC FIRST Bank or Axis Bank is a matter of luck. They approve applications by tossing a coin: head aaya toh approve; tail aaya toh reject.
