So, my brother has got an LTF Sapphiro card over four years ago, thanks to the FD's my family used to keep in his account to save tax. He has never used it, or maybe just used it once or twice in all these years. The card is reflecting in iMobile with a decent limit of 6L.
He's going to be moving to another city for MBA soonz so I thought I could apply for some unsecured credit cards for him that don't ask income proof. But when the card applied got rejected, I checked his CIBIL report and found out that the card isn't even shown in his CIBIL report.
What action can be taken? For now, I've emailed ICICI's head wealth, but is there anything else I can do?
