ICICI Bank CMS Credit

I recently received few funds in my icici Bank account as CMS credit.. I don't know what is it also it's the same amount which I got as refund against my transaction on Amazon. Totally same but credited twice once in card which is absolutely right as it was not a UPI transaction but account me aana... Hajam ni hua. Also I raised chargeback today for which I got temporary credit in my card today. Soo what I do now any idea. I immediately withdraw out all money 😅

Again I got another Amazon refund of Rs 520/- both in my credit card account and savings bank account.

Will this work - Buy items for 4-5 lakhs from Amazon using credit card.
Cancel it. Refund will come to both credit card account and savings bank account.

Withdraw full amount and close savings bank account.
Close credit card.

Where will they catch?

But after 3 days, there is a Debit from the credit card again as CMS debit. Seems like their systems are messed up!

Their Customer care connection time is infinity
Their branch are small & fucked up with attitude..
No facilities at branch..just they say use imobile or Customer care
They believe their are upper middle class bank but their services are gutter .
No credit card - in terms of good reward
Debit card - forget about rewards + no lifestyle benifits even in Wm dc

Pre approved loan comes one in million

Their app & ui - earlier it was good ..but now
I can't link my Insurance..
Got cc that i had to add mannual..
Ealier it was done within hours

When u go to open account , untill u show them their real face..they will treat u like they are some kinda Superior

Did you figure this out. Just realised it has happened to me twice in April. Refunds from the Amazon Pay ICICI CC (for cancelled products or goods not delivered) and being sent to my ICICI bank account!

Hi just saw cms credit ltd transaction in my icici saving account n i was happy i got free funds..
But then I noticed same amount was deducted from credit card.
What is icici doing here?? They themselves are doing cc to bank transfer?
