I have 17k EDGE RPs with my Magnus Card. Can I use them to book Air asia flight Bengaluru to Bhubaneswar??

No..the air asia points are only for international flights through Air Asia Malaysia etc. The Indian Air Asia has been brought by Tata's and will merge into Air INdia express. Points are not redeemable on this arm.
