How to sell/cancel a non refundable hotel booking on MMT?

For an upcoming function in the family I booked 7 rooms at Hotel Aadithya, Chennai for two nights (12-14th April) I booked on MMT although they were non refundable because they were cheaper compared to direct hotel by at least 1000/room/day.

Turns out I don't need 1 room. Is there anywhere I can post in this forum or elsewhere to sell this?, given cancellation with refund if not possible

Else talk to the hotel directly and ask them to cancel and refund their share of transaction (Total - MMT commission)
