How to pay LIC installment as CC not showing in Amazon?

Can anyone suggest how to pay LIC installment as in my Amazon account, no Credit Card is showing as payment option. Only Debit card is showing eligible and I am full kyc user.

If I will pay through LIC portal, then I think I won't get any rewards on any of my Credit Card.

I have following Card:-
1. Axis Flipkart
2. Axis Ace
3. Axis Airtel
4. HDFC Millenia
4. Tata New Plus
5. IDFC Millenia
6. SBI Cashback
7. Kotak Zen

Please suggest to get best reward or cashback. Premium amount 50k.

Even if you pay through Amazon, it'll be marked as insurance payment since the mcc will be amazoninsurance.

I don't think you can get Amazon Pay Voucher worth 1 lakh from anywhere in one shot. Most of the places from where you can buy have monthly restrictions and you can purchase Amazon Pay Voucher of 10k per month only. You have to accumulate from all these places and then use it.
