How to get SBI Caschback cards with prior cc relationship

I am holding sbi simply save how can get sbi cashback should I applied via agent or direct sbi (sprint)

So , today morning I've sent an email to SBI customer service head. Though I am not much hopeful of any meaningful response but time pass mei bhej diya.

Agents mostly lie & do false promise to sell products. Once your card is approve, their work is done. After 6 months they will give excuse if you reach out to them.

Cashback is only given by applying online.

This is very true. An agent approached me and he was guaranteeing the cashback card but after I provided PAN and aadhar he left and came back with 4 other agents trying to sell me the sbi Elite card. When asked about the cashback card they said they've never even heard of it and one dude had the audacity to call up someone to tell me the cashback card was never released! Because of, get this, POOR REVIEWS.
I showed them the card online and said it's still taking applications and they said you go ahead and try applying but will be rejected 100%.
I applied, got approved and it's otw to my address as I type this 🤣.
Agents should do better than to lie like that

Also write your plight about normal service request not working

They will still tell u too email there but they will supervise the application on their behalf

Tried that also. As you told, they asked me to email.
When I emailed, along with the documents, I got the response that please upload documents at xyz link on your sbi card login.
And uploading documents there always throws up error.

Someone mentioned here that existing SBI card holders shall apply via SBI net banking login, if they have a SBI account.

I think I should try that next ( after 3 months of course).
In the email sent asking for reason for card rejection, I have requested them to reconsider my application. Bolne mei kya hata hai.

As expected they didn't specify the reason and replied in standard format.
