I got a Simply save card as pre-approved offer on my Simply click card. This was about 3 months back and I was planning to apply for a cashback card.

For a specific time period, SBI can reconsider your application provided your CIBIL is fine. You might also get a call back from them.
In your email - just mention you have reached to credit card teams and offline branch multiple times and no one is ready to help.

So , today morning I've sent an email to SBI customer service head. Though I am not much hopeful of any meaningful response but time pass mei bhej diya.
