I am holding sbi simply save how can get sbi cashback should I applied via agent or direct sbi (sprint)

Age of your current cc should be grater than 6 months
U can directly apply from sbi sprint portal
Mine card is 3 moths old and a agent told me when I applied this you can covert it to cashback or other cards if you don’t like the card after 6 moths. Is there really a process like this ?

Agents mostly lie & do false promise to sell products. Once your card is approve, their work is done. After 6 months they will give excuse if you reach out to them.

Cashback is only given by applying online.

Is it? Wasn't that 3 months earlier.
I got a Simply save card as pre-approved offer on my Simply click card. This was about 3 months back and I was planning to apply for a cashback card.
Can anyone confirm what's the waiting period for sbi, 3 or 6 months?
@SSV @Vasuki @VISHESH_BANSAL
It is 3 month
Which u can see even on sprint
Before 3 month it tell u when to apply next

Okay, I applied for CB card on sprint. It fetched my existing details after mobile number authentication.

After aadhaar kyc authentication via Digilocker it rejected the application due to internal policies.

I didn't get any CIBIL hit message as of now.
U will get hit in a day or so

Man tau bahot kar raha hai. But not in mood to fight. Because for first few times they will continue to cite internal reasons
Send an email to customerservicehead@sbicard.com

For a specific time period, SBI can reconsider your application provided your CIBIL is fine. You might also get a call back from them.

In your email - just mention you have reached to credit card teams and offline branch multiple times and no one is ready to help.
