Let us discuss any bank premium credit card as LTF. suggest the ways here.

i have some ideas.
1. SBI we can avoid annual charges by sending mail or telephonic conversations.
2. HDFC will accept for saving account holders many cards as LTF
3. RBL will give one premium card waive off
4. Axis through telephonic conversations
5. IDFC will never do this
6. Amex will give short term goal of spending
7. ICICI will give premium cards LTF atleast 2 years once.
8. Kotak cards will never go without Annual fee (PVR cards)
9. Federal bank most of the cards are LTF

i need suggestions for HSBC and Yes bank premium cards. share ur expereience

Whats the use of premium cards (IMO, they're focussed on travel where you have to redeem points for miles/hotels and have an expiry of 2 or 3 years with spend based lounge access, and not spending enough means less reward points means less transfer points to miles/hotels which of no use) for RBL, IDFC, ICICI, Kotak, Federal, SBI.?

HSBC: Only premium is premier and that is LTF if u have either 3L salary or 40L relationship.
YES: Equal reward points already provided, only GST have to pay. If lucky they might waive that or offer as LTF.

Different experiences:

1. SBI: May decline and say that 'annual fee is something to run the business'
2. HDFC: Decline saying that 'no such offer'
3. Axis: Decline and say that 'we dont offer LTF through email'
4. IDFC: LTF days over and they need money for add-on cards too.. anyway, no use with these cards.
5. AMEX: If you can spend 2L (based on one of the offers), its not technically LTF.
