How to find interaction Id in sbi email chat

Hi ,
I want to raise my existing issue to the principal nodal officer and when i am trying to raise an complaint it is asking me an interaction id .
I had an email chat with the sbi team.
Can you please help me how to find the interaction id .

You can reply them back asking to provide the Interaction ID or you can directly email to Nodalofficer@sbicard.com OR PrincipalNodalOfficer@sbicard.com

Login SBI Cards app > Select card from drop down menu (top) (if you have multiple SBI cards) > Click on More (bottom) > Mailbox > Interaction IDs
