How to enable successful transaction alert in Email for Amex

All I receive is
Your SafeKey One-Time Password to complete your online purchase Email.

The same is the case with Bank of Baroda cards.

Anyway to get emails after the successful transactions for Amex and Bob

in the app you can opt for notification for transaction and i don't think i get any email for any successfully transaction for amex either.

We can configure this in web app. I was able to turn on both sms and email after successful transaction.
