How to check upgrade offer for IDFC Millenia

Hello,
I have been using IDFC Millenia credit card for around an year, got it preapproved due to existing savings account, have done all payments on time till now.
However, the savings account was closed in April this year.

Please advise how can I request for upgrade to Select/Wealth?
Will there be any hard enquiry on CIBIL if requested? or anywhere we can check if we are prequalified for upgrade?

How long you are holding select ?

I got upgraded to Select only 😃 If you meant Millennia, it is one year.

I upgraded from Select to Wealth via the same way. For me, the whole process was much faster and I received my upgrade within 10 days of sending the initial mail

Any idea whether welcome benefits are applicable on card upgrade as well?

I've been holding Select for a year now with 3L limit.
Limit was first upgraded to 5L followed by the card upgrade

Please check i wrote a mail to IDFC nodal officer but they declined my request, they are saying to wait till any preapproved offer comes on it.

Please recommend me something, i have Millenia Card with Limit of 45 thoudand. I am using it since last one year.

This is the confusing part when even even i check my details threshold spend is 20,000 but in website it says 30,000 Not what is real

I requested for upgrade only but as per the process they first did LE and now they are processing the upgrade of my card. They had requested for latest 2 months salary slips as I am salaried. After providing the proofs, they have completed the LE
