How to apply for Citi Credit Card on Card to Card basis?

I don't think CITI accepts C2C application. Sumanta shared this info in one of his threads.

You can apply online on basis of income proof. I applied for CITI Rewards Feb this year and got the card on the last day of March. They don't provide that much limit compared to other banks.

During Feb-March VKYC was not available, so in-person verification was done. Since these addresses and all are related to your KYC, ideally you should always use the authentic one.

I live in Surat, Gujarat.. currently wfh... Office in bnglr.. but i am not even able to insert my pincode - 395007 - is Surat not servicable by Citi? Can someone tell me how to get a Citi cc ASAP ??
