Saw the below message in WhatsApp for bill payments. How’s it possible ?

Paying CC bills, No AmEx/SC, discount rates valid for single credit card bill only.

0-50k @ 0.3% discount
50k-100k @ 0.4% discount
100k-200k @ 0.5% discount
Above 200k @ 0.6% discount
