High broadband speed but apps not running properly !!!

Hello Everyone,
Since last couple of months, I am facing a unique problem here.
I’m using BSNL BharatFibre and I’ve started observing that applications are taking quite some time to load. Several times, YouTube starts buffering, web page taking too long to load etc.
But the interesting thing here is whenever I check the bandwidth speed using fast.com or speedtest sites, there is no issue with the speed and speed I get is usually above 50Mbps !!
Most of my friends living nearby face same issue, as we have no other option JioFibre or AirtelFibre in my location!!

Recently, one of my friends switched to Jio AirFibre and he can see the drastic change in bandwidth speed he is practically getting in his applications !!!

Can any tech-savy member explain what is happening here??
Also is there any way to improve the speed I receive in my devices ??

Reset the router.
This maybe the issue due to no. of user or device connected to the particular wifi.

Yes it might be the problem reason being speed is only 50 Mbps. If you have high-speed connection like 100/200Mbps than it won't be any issue
No you didn’t get me…5-6 devices have been connected ever to the router (3 mobiles, 1 tablet, 1 TV) but rarely at any point of time more than 2 devices are connected simultaneously!!!

Ping high hain bhai sahab ka🌚

Check your DNS settings on the router and client device.

Turn off IPv6 (it causes more headaches than solving issues).

Some devices like phones have wifi incorrect configuration/corruption issue causing slow performance. From Android phone settings, reset only the network settings if only wifi is slow on that device but 5G/LTE is fast.
