Help to interpret misleading 1mg tataneu offer

I got the attached offer in tataneu.. Can someone explains what it means... For example if I shop for 400 medicine and redeem 200 neu coins will I get my 200 neu coins back (100% back) or does it simply mean I will get 100% extra neu coins meaning 5% of 400 extra neu coins that is 16 coins instead of 8?
