[Help] Fastag with ability to get the amount back

Hi Guys/Gals,

I have a pretty unique situation. I live in a place with three Tolls near me (within 1 km in 3 different directions). Now I am legally exempted from all three tolls. In order to go anywhere I have to cross one of these tolls and it so happens that every once in a while the fastag is charged. (it's not just me driving the Car, so keeping track is almost impossible) I just checked and in the past 6 months, I have made INR 600 in useless payments. I am now thinking of replacing the fastag with the below features,

1. Ability to take money out of fastag, no fuss. (I don't have much usage, at max INR 4500/month In/out)
or
2. If the above is not possible, the ability to temporarily disable fastag debit.
3. Ability to charge via Credit Card and get it back if need be. (Not thinking of rotating but for all intents and purposes let's assume I might have to get out INR 4500 every month at worst)

Any help would appreciated!!!

I checked Paytm fastag. I am getting PBBL Fastag. Does Paytm fastag recharge go to wallet or is it like Amazon Pay and it has a separate section for fastag?

Great. I just wanted to confirm if it's the normal Paytm wallet or if they have some separate section for Fastag that can't be used like a normal wallet.

Also, any way to charge PayTm fastag for about 3-4k with a credit card without incurring charges or minimal charges (not like Paytm's 3-4%)

Nope I am totally against rotation personally, so not interested. But at at the same time I want flexibility of the said amount at least. 4500 is the amount I came up with after analyzing Fastag spends in the months if Jun 23 and Aug 23, around 4200 and 4600 resp.
