HDFC Scamming in IRCTC Loyalty points

Recently, IRCTC has stopped users from redeeming loyalty points who has HDFC IRCTC Rupay Credit Card due to irregularities. There is no point to continue using the card anymore. First, they changed the account expiration date in my IRCTC profile. Now, I lost about 1340 points which were accumulated after spending 26k in train journeys. The points are getting accumulated currently and but I will not able to use them. This is utterly disappointing and frustrating too. Let me know how many of you do possess the HDFC IRCTC Rupay Credit Card and currently facing no problem in redeeming points from IRCTC Website or facing any problem if any?

I am aware of that, but at the same time loyalty points are getting accumulated in the irctc account, but you'll not able to use it due to mismanagement by HDFC and IRCTC disabled the redemption process for hdfc credit card holders.
